My self Saroj Kumar Nayak. (employee code was AMRS00011) had worked with " ACTIVE MEDICAL REHABILITATION SERVICES" which is registered in Pune as company act and working in Kolhapur, Mumbai and guwahati. I was placed in Kolhapur Branch as Prosthetist and Orthotist since Oct. due to salary non payment in time i had resign the company on 28th nov. After my resignation they told me to give my salary. but i have talked no of times for my salary (sept, oct and nov 28 days) and provident fund to them. They are not listening. They have deducted my provident fund but not opened my PF account. I will also attaching my salary slip for the same deduction.
