PF mount not reicieved

I have submitted the PF form on 2008 but I have not recieved my amount. when I discuused with the employees of adecco peoples they have not given me good responce then I finally sent a mail to the the concern depatrment of adecco but again they told me that they have submitted my form last month & unable to trace the status & also not giving me my PFaccount No.

So Please help me for that.
