PF not released by employer from last 5years

I am Debajit Rajkhowa. I had worked with North East Pure Drinks Pvt. Ltd. from Mar to May. I had left the job on 23-05 and I have processed my PF form along with all details and submitted as on that time to HR department. As per PF statement employer has a trusty (R.G.SAHARIA GROUP EMPLOYEE’S PROVIDENT FUND, DIBRUGARH, ASSAM) where our PF is credited in the same . but still i have not received my amount as well as whenever contacted over email and phone at the regional office Dibrugarh and Corporate office at Kolkata have not got proper response

Could you please assist me as to what is the best way to get my PF amount from my employer who have not paid several employees also.
