The above organisation has settled my account after my resignation and every clearance and confirmed through mail to me about the my outstanding amount on the organisation.
As, per his confirmation the outstanding amount is 38, 945/-INR which to be paid to me after sending the Signed Pre- Receipt Format. I have already completed all the Formalities asked by them.
They have confirmed about all the amount and cheque details which has to be paid by them to me but still no any cheque is received in my account.
After continous follow up they are not supposed to give a single reply, and also not picking up the calls, which shows the intention not to pay the same amount,
so i would like to request you to necessary action.
