Respected sir,
my name is ankit matneja and I want to inform you that I was working as a CCE in Vodafone dhl process at Essar House, 16 Meera BAI Marg, Hazratganj, Lucknow and I joined it on 1st April my SAP ID is 80146709 because of some personal reason I have to resign and for that as per your terms of your organisation I served my notice period from 10 September to 11 October. After 65 days of resigning I got the total salary of Rs.4491 including 1200 for head phone and Rs.85 of the card. My reason for complaint is that firstly for 30 days of notice I have to get Rs. 5300 1200 for headphone Rs. 85 for card that is total of Rs. 6585.And not even this, secondly as your month for salary is from 25 to 26 and because of procedure of this salary, for the days I have worked from 25 august to 09 September that is for 15 days salary would equal to Rs.2650 one day salary of 11th October (which was increased because my TL MR. Shailesh Sing said that your notice period is ending on 11th Oct). It means according to me I have done a log in of 46 days headphone card i.e., 5300 2650 150 1200 85=9385 I have to got this amount as salary for proper resigning but I have got only Rs. 4491 and the people of HR department are saying that according to us the total of your salary comes to this much only. The salary I mentioned in this case is the in-hand salary which we receive after all deductions. Sir I request you to please look into this matter.
