My wife joined Ochre Technology Private Limited after attending a series of interview.
At the time of interview they doesn't mentioned anything.
Then they asked to join immediately.
After joining there they doesn't given an offer letter.
When we asked about Offer letter they came up with a new rule that we need to give them all the Orginal certificates or need to give Blank Cheques.
We said we can't accept these rule and she put the paper and does got any salary for more than two weeks for which she worked.
So if any people got job in this company, please think twice.
