Case No. 1 ] I have worked in the Omnilife India Private limited, registered under Companies Act, from Dec’07 to Dec’09. Omnilife is a Mexico company. After 6 month of my resignation company has announce to close the business in India.
I have requested to withdraw my PF amount after 3 month, in this respect, I requested to company secretary to give the PF form with duly signed, I got the signed form after 9 months & deposited the said form in PF office Gurgaon on 20 Sep’2010. After four months I received a mail from PF office that your claim has been rejected due to signature does not match with records.
I forwarded the same mail to the Omnilife Mexico & CS. I received a mail from Mexico that Company secretary (Tarun Sharma) has left the job & right now there is no authorized signatory so it will take some more time to issue of new PF form.
Case No. 2} Still I have not received TDs certificate for the f/y 10. as last week they have shared the TDS certificate but signature was pending so they are waiting for the authorised signatory. Due this I am late to file the Income Tax return for the F/Y 10 (Last date was 31 July)
Still I have not received any satisfactory massage from Mexico, I am really very fed up & I have purchased a new house so I need the money urgently to pay the balance payment of house.
Pls advise can I fil a case to the company or ask for the compensation because now Company secretary i.e Tarun Sharma is not responding me but as per the record he is still in the post of CS in the company.
