This complaint is about a consultancy company called ORCHID SOLUTION, based in Hyderabad. About four months ago, I received a phone call from them regarding job opportunities in Canada, I submitted my resume, and they said that in order to proceed with my application they would require a sum of Rs. 5000 which would be refundable, I deposited the money and submitted all the documents, within some days I received the confirmation letter (below), but since the letter did not seem authentic and they were not able to provide the confirmation letter from the organization I decided to cancel the application and requested for a refund. It has been since then, I have not received the sum, and whenever I tried to contact them they make lame excuses, such as bank holiday, mistaking with the a/c number etc. irritated with such unprofessionalism, when I demanded for the money from the person concerned Mr. PAVAAN, he used offensive language and used to disconnect the call on repeated occasions. I request the concerned authority to look into the matter and provide justice. Iam attaching the receipt and the mails from ORCHID SOLUTION.
