Sir, I have resigned from the above referred company during July. My PF has been forwarded by the form no. MH-THN35-0101 on dated 28th Aufust 2009 to the Thane office of provident fund. However till today the amount of Pf has not been remitted back to me nor it has been deposited to my ICICI bank account no.002001568569 at Hiranandani, Powai, Mumbai. It is requested to kindly look into the matter so that the requisite amount get deposited into my aforesaid account.
