I have got a training letter from Orissa Welfare Association of India on 7/03 for the post of a Technical Staff, and they are asking for a demand draft of Rs. 2650 in the name of Ajay Kumar for the training period, which is to be submitted before 21 Mar, so i wants to know is this really true or not.
