Through this complaint I want to help out Software Engineers. Joining this company (Agicent Technologies, Noida, Sector 55) leads to mental and physical pressure both.you have to work late night daily. And in the name of salary they have many excuses. Don't know where they get it from. Sunday and even in holidays we have to work. They make customer by asking them to provide them their project in lesser time and money which directly leads to employees harassment. Personal life of employees doesn't matter for them. They hire employees by showing them dreams of foreign visit good package but after joining they totally ruin his life which many times leads to medical illness of a employee. They (seniors to which the company belongs) them self come after 1 in noon and leave early evening but as a employee you will have only 6 hours for yourself. Even the client cries after providing the projects to this company how much work a single employee can perform as they are total 4 in numbers.hence they provide solid excuses to the clients and pressure to the Engineers. Save your self from being ruined think thrice before joining or providing projects to company like this
