We have not received Contribution Slip from year 09 onwards inspite of regular follow-up. We have submitted computer CD data for year 08-09, 09-10 & 10-11 twice but so far no action is taken. The complaint is registerred with our Area inspector also. Our company code is HR / GGN / 8847.
