Respected Sir,
I sanjay kumar was emp. of AGLOWMED LTD, Mumbai, based at Lucknow. I left the company on 15.04.2010. and submitted all nocs etc. for settlement. Also sent Provident Fund Form. PF NO. is MH/23410/1674, Bandra, Mumbai.
Inspite of all efforts, my settlement has not been made by company till date. Also, P.F. form has not yet been submitted at P.F. Office, Bandra, Mumbai by my ex-employers. It may be noted that final settlement of more than 300 ex-employees of company has not been made till date, by the company.
