Job letter & company want demand draft of Rs.1800

Hello sir,

I have recevied job application from Maharashtra State Agriculture incorporation pvt ltd.(AN ISO 9001;2000 & 14001;2004 CERTIFIED) J.P. Nagar M.P but the company want demand draft of Rs. 1800/ payable at Delhi.

Without taking interview how they can send appointment letter & why are they asking for money.

But i don't know this COMPANY, company address and phone no. i have offer in TURNER POST by this company.
