Submited Three times PF form But still I don't got my PF Amount

My PF no is MH38491/32049. My Pf form was three times submitted in My Zonal Office but still I don't got my PF. T first two times My company was lost my form. so third time I was submitted with Affidavit Copy in July.

But still I am waiting for my amount.

Kindly do the need fully.
