Complaint regarding My PF status

Dear Sir/Madam

I applied for the withdrawal of PF account from my previous organization (Pantaloon Retail India LTD. From june to September)

On 30.08.2011 to Mr Nitin Goel (HR. Food Bazaar Shipra Mall GZB). I am checking for update on my claim status through online but it is remain No record found. I had call to Mr. Nitin so many time regarding My PF status He says I do not know About The same. I am trying to reach EPF kandivali Mumbai by telephone they required Receipt Sleep From my previous organization. But Mr. Nitin Says "We do not Provide any Receipt".

Now I again trying to reach Mr. Nitin but he is lifting the call.

I tried every phone number listed on the EPFO website but no one has picked the phone yet.

Please register my complaint and act upon the same.
