Pay slip and Provident Fund Numbe

I am Deva Prasad Rao Dharmana was employed with Team Lease Services Pvt Ltd for period of 9 months from 11/12 to 31/12 and my designation was Data Entry Operator. I was deputed to the Paper Products - Hyderabad during this period. so the think is i have recieved the Play slips for first 3 to 4 Months but you people did not mentioned the PF Number on those Play Slips. So that my request is please send any one month of the pay spli with provident fund number.
