Respected Sir,
This letter is regarding the institutes doing malfunctioning in the courses of MCA and MBA.
One of the institutes in GUJARAT at MEHSANA district, Name PATEL GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS.
For the year 2011 PATEL GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS got permission for the courses of MCA and MBA.
Anyhow they have fulfilled the initial requirements of AICTE the governing body of technical educations, DELHI by providing dummy resources documents and dummy professors’ documents.
After receiving permission of MCA and MBA, the trust appointing some faculties who has good reputation in the academic field with good number of years of experience so that they can fill the seats of MCA and MBA by showing their names in the college staff list. In initial period they appoint with the promise (writing in appointment letter) of full salary as per the norms of AICTE with additional perks etc.
As first month over after admission process over they start bargaining with the faculties with different reasons like… trust is lacking of funds etc.
If any professor denied accepting less salary then these trustees starts harassing them by the name of poor knowledge, poor teaching quality etc issues raised against these professors and pressurize them to either take less salary or resign from the post.
A professor who has just left his/her last institute before 1 or 2 months will be in soup. He/She will not be accepted by any other institute as he has left the institute by 1 or 2 months and if he/she left the institute these cleaver trustees start rumors against that faculty member.
Salary and workload is also not as per the norms of AICTE / Guj. Techological University.

Such institutes has made syndicate in GUJARAT, so a professor who has not surrendered according to the trustees parameter (less salary more work) then he will not be able to find his place in GUJARAT anywhere. These trustees has power of money as well as strong background of political supports so one can not raise voice against them.
The similar kind of letter I have posted to AICTE authorities as well as to the CBI (Delhi, Bhopal) but no reply or any result at all. So with the kind concern of our (professors’) career and the quality of education I abide to write to you.
If you and your ministry will take some serious action then I will be highly oblige and nation will be thankful to you for coming years.
