Hi,
I was an employee with PCCARe247 & i left the company on 17th feb. When i left the company it was agreed between me & My owner, Mr Anuj Agrwal, that the notice serve amount will be adjusted in my FNF (full and final) & company will give me resignation acceptance. I have been doing regular follow up with the HR, Vandana Bansal, through Phone & emails but i am not getting any response infact they have blocked my Gmail ID so that i cannot send them any email. I have all the proofs that can prove that i resigned in a proper manner, agreed to pay the notice amount & doing follow up with the HR & owner.
I would like to inform that i left the company on the spot because of the mental harassment. I highlighted the issues related to female safety in the company which were happening with me but the management of PCCARE247 never took any action that could put a stop on the unavoidable circumstances. I escalated 2 or 3 issues to the management being in the organization but never got any positive response.
Also i would to highlight the issues that happened with me, i was receiving unwanted calls, Dirty calls, treating calls. Because of these continuous calls I traveled on my own just to avoid any such instances in the cab. i spent more than 5000 RS on petrol traveling from laxmi nager to gurgaon. but still management didn’t take any action.
Now the HR is ignoring my calls since they have to pay me infact she hung up on me when i called her on 26th may, 12.
Please help me because PCCARE is not in any intention to pay me May salary (2.92lacs).
This is my sincere request to help me getting my salary which includes 17 days (now i don’t want them to adjust my basic in full final also) and 4months incentives (Rs.8000/). And my relieving letter I worked for 10months.
