NON PAYMENT OF NOTICE PRIOD MONEY AND ALSO MY PROVIDENT FUND AMOUNT OF INR 7500 K

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was forced to resign form PEOPLEPRO MANAGEMENT SERVICES FROM 24.02.10 due to change of Management. Mr. Surajit Banerjee. Mr. Dilip Kumar Majumder and Mr. Anibondo Mukhophadyay who was expelled form the French MNC FAMILY CREDIT due account forgery and corporate fraud took control of the organization. Presently Mr. Surajeet Banerjee was leading the organization as Managing Director had sarcasticly avoided my Notice Period payment of INR 7500K by stating false allegation that I haven't submited the papers and Documents of the Organization which never used to be kept with me. Another FAMILY CREDIT fired employee Mr. Rajib Chakraborty had joined the Organization. I had also repeatdly called Mr Surojit Banerjee for my due PROVIDENT FUND amount but everytime he asked me to call later as he is busy. I am feeling insecure to visit the office of PEOPLEPRO MANAGEMENT SERVICES PVT. LTD. located at DHAKURIA, kOLKATA as i feel i may be manhandled there by Mr Surajit Banerjee and his associates as earlier also the X-MANAGING DIRECTOR MR. SWASIS DEY was also manhandled by these people when he refused to carry on his duties as guided by them.

So I earnestly request you to take necessary action so that this type of educated criminals does not carry on their business as usual by defaulting my due payments which legally should be processed to me.
