I am the employee of Pinnacle Buisness Consultant joined venture with Prate Infosolutions LTD, Nr anand mangal Hall, devgiriudyog, charkop, Kandivali (W), i am mentally tortured by Anand Nair (director of the Company) he is not giving my Salary and it is more than a month i had not got my salary for the job i had done, i was terminated frm the company couple of days before without any reason the reason behind this when i asked for my salary he used abusive language and told me to get me out of the company without any reason, when i called him yesterday he didnt replied my call and he sent me one Text SMS to come and put your papers tommorow ur salary will be proceessed within 21days, and as i already mentioned i didnt wanted to resign and had not yet, and as per Indian law if an employee is terminated he should be given spot payment, but if Law is not followed by such kind of companies then wht about normal people, and another director is K Subhramaniam, head of Prate Infosolutions Ltd is Vivek Upadhyay in front of him this fraud is going on his support, and not only me many employees are facing the same, i also belong to a lower strata society, idont have the power how to take my salry my parents are really very worried and i am the only person who take cares of my family, please take strict action against this complaint ad action against Anand Nair... Pls
