Less amount is Transferred instead of actual

I want to know my EPF A/c status. I have submitted my form to withdrawl the money on June 03. Now, I received only Rs. 5406/- only at your end instead of approximately Rs. 15000/-. This money is directly transferred to my SBI A/c. Kindly send me the current status and the balanced money to my E-mail ID and SBI A/c simultaneously.
