I was an employee in the company for few months and i had something to share about this company. The company doesn't offer the salary according to the skills. For e.g, i was B.E. Electrical and i was given just 5000Rs and even a normal labour was given the same money. The HR is in disarray.
On top of it the management Mr. Ranjan is very rude and doesn't notices about it. They mix a lot of harmful chemicals while they make plastic and do not follow any government regulation. On top of it they have child labour in factory and women above 60 years are working there.
The factory manager VP Sharma also doesn't mind in risking ITI engineers lives when there is a breakdown and pushes them forcefully for the work.
