PM Dimensions Pvt Ltd
Salary & Full n final settlement has not been processed after relieving me from my job more than 4 months back

Dear Madam/Sir,

I would like to register a complaint against my ex-Employer PM Dimensions Pvt Ltd. They haven't paid me my salary for the month of Dec'10 and also the full and final settlement is not processed.

I am continuesly following up since past more than 4 months but no action has been taken as of now, except assurance is made. Please let me know what should be my next step
