Firstly this company has around 50 employees and does not deduct taxes. I would assume that these people show some of there old employees as Consultants.
Secondly, these people do not reimburse medical if you do not provide medical bills. Your medical stand null and void and would not be even given to you post tax deductions, which is a norm everywhere else.
Thirdly, to save on there own taxes and make interest they gave bonus to employees in July end where all the taxes were deducted from employees salary. The employees were not even informed about the amount of the bonus and were not able to make tax savings accordingly. The result of which everyone lost around 30-40% of bonus in TDS. The company just functions as per the will of the partner and it is not at all a employee centric firm. The management has a huge ego problem with anyone who complains and no resolution is every provided.
The company decided to change the bonus plan in Feb which was applicable for the year 2009 - 2010. The people who voice out issues are made quiet by saying "it's my way or the high way". I don't know if any action will be taken against them or not. But i just hope employees can breathe easy post this complaint.
