Transfer of RD account

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am an Ex-Indian Air Force Employee, I had an RD account of Rs 500/- monthly, I was released from the service on 08 Dec 09, I submitted the application for transfer of RD account no.166617 of Tanya Rana from Air Force Station Chunapur, Purnea Bihar, on 16 Dec 09 at Bijwasan post office which is my native place, and obtained the slip. Inspite of many reminders the account is not yet transferred. Although I am submitting the monthly premium regularly.

Please advice.
