I yogi is a company who plays with employee professional life.. They use to hire candidates and fire them without any prior notice. Recently I yogi has terminated approx 300 employee in the month of november including the training batch who just joined a week ago and at the time of final settlement they said that "We know that it is hard but we can not do any thing, our hands are tied up". The worst process is remote process specially DSE (DIGITAL SERVICE EXECUTIVE) for tech sales and avast. The senior manager Mr Anil Rana, Assistant manager Mr. Manav chaudhary and team lead specially Shiv kumar and Sanjiv kumar.. They can not even compete with an agent of a domestic call center.. It is a boot lick-er company.. These people want that the employee to work like a slave for them..They are not defensive for you but they are defensive for their earning... When an employee resign from his end, they use to give negative feedback because it use to hit their score card which hits their incentive.. Cheap and worst people ever seen... Please be cautious before joining I yogi technical services pvt ltd...
