As I was working with ICICI bank through i-process at Rajkot (gujarat), and my employee code was C34821, My DOJ was 27-Jan-09 and my DOL was 02-Jul-09.

I have received my full and final settlement demand draft of Rs. 2892/- dated 16-Mar-11.

I request you to please confirm me the status of my provided fund, I already send the duly filled form at New Delhi office.

Please let me know the process status of the same, awaiting your quick and positive reply.
