Deleting of account and no deleviring email and no response when called to customer care numbe

What shit timesjob site is doing i dont know there is no choice for deleting account and to ask through e-mail, i sent mail, in my inbox its showing delivery failue notice... and also contacted through phone wating for minutes but no response can any one help me pleaseee
