I am aravind mathur, working in Sons India Software from past 22 months, ie I joined the company as a programmer in the month April on 3rd, as told salary is 12, 000/- as a B.Tech Fresher I accepted the salary at that time, coz it is time of recession, i had to accept the offer, from them they didt increase the salary till now, when ever i ask about that they postpone for one month...
