Fraud/Cheating

Hi all,

i was cheated by the following guys who promised me in getting a job in mnc. i paid them 18000Rs. The guy who spoke with me said his name was AKASH GUPTA. i depostited the money in name of 'RAMESH KUMAR' 'ICICIBAnk-a/c 00901604934-chennai' they never responded again. the guy doesn't even pickup. sometimes he picks-up and immediately disconnects... so that wont be troubling him again... he has does this all the time. they claim they r the HR of TCS or other MNC's.

i'm not a rich guy. my father is retired now and no one else in my home is working. begged him by sending SMS... never got a response. dont understand how people do such things... cheating innocent jobless guys.

Please tell me what should i do. i know giving a police complaint doesn't help... i there some other means i got get justice?
