I worked in this company for more than 13 months, that to everyday more than 12 hours. I didnt get any hike. When I asked them for relieving, I got relieved after more than 12 months.
After getting relieved, I applied for PF withdrawal. And after more than 6 months I got the amount. But the amount is just the 50% of the amount I should get. My main balance in my PF account should be more than Rs 17000.00 (without interest). But I got a total of Rs 14000.00 (with Interest).
I want to know the exact reason behind this. Please help me in this case.
