Not received PF amount

Sir i had worked for amar remedies ltd.during the period of 8-10 to 30-6 . my PF no/ is MH/BAN/46995/1070 . I send my first application for PF in july and reminder was sent by me 31 may but i got no response from PF department please send me my PF amount i shall be very greatful to you.
