CONTRACT APPOINTMENT LETTER

DESIGNATION: MANAGER ENGINEER

1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

After evaluation of your CV and work experience (s), we found you qualified to work with our team. Hence, AMINEX PLC UNITED KINGDOM seeks to employ your services for the provision of expatriate services as stipulated in the following acts and conditions herein. This document embodies the approved terms for the purpose of this contract.

2.0 JOB LOCATION

The work location will be at AMINEX PLC TEXAS U.S.A, Be sure to report to the HR Manager upon arrival to conclude prospects of submitting soft copies of this contract appointment letter and other logistics.

3.0 SALARY INDICATION/ ALLOWANCES & BENEFITS

BASIC MONTHLY SALARY: $9, 000 (Nine Thousand USD) Kindly log on to www.xe.com to convert your mentioned monthly salary (USD) to your local currency, Travel Insurance, Medical Insurance, 2 Bedroom flat for single and three bedroom flat for family at the AMINEX PLC TEXAS U.S.A staff quarters, company car and 10 Days Break / Leave after every 90 Business Working Days.

HAZARD/ INCONVENIENCES: $ 410 (MONTHLY)

CAR MAINTENANCE: $ 300 (MONTHLY)

HOUSING & FURNISHINGS: $2, 000 (Yearly)

4.0 JOB PROCEEDING/REQUIREMENT:

You will be expected to resume your job at AMINEX PLC TEXAS U.S.A After your one month training program at AMINEX PLC UNITED KINGDOM to enable you meet up to our standard of services before traveling to U. S .A to commence your duty; you are also entitle to receive monthly salary during your training program in UK, Work time shall be 40 hours a week (5hrs a day) for the four (4) years contract term. Employee shall also be entitled to over-time allowance if their work time exceeds the official stipulated hours. Salary shall be liable to Increments with time and employees' official promotions and position in service.

All employees successfully screened and recruited shall be required to furnish us with their valid UK visa and work permits papers and on or before the 27 of February as a proof of readiness to join AMINEX PLC UNITED KINGDOM team in the due time as stipulated above for your job resumption. (And not presently possessing a valid UK visa and Work Permits Clearance Papers) shall be expected to personally incur all expenses as shall be related to the processing, procurement and acquisition of their necessary permits clearance papers with the UK Immigration Services. Employee shall be duly reimbursed after their expense has been substantiated with receipts not later than fourteen (14) working days after submission of employee’s expense report and receipts. AMINEX PLC UNITED KINGDOM will provide free American work permit visa and flight ticket during the training program here in AMINEX PLC UNITED KINGDOM.

However, for expatriate who do not have valid UK visa and work permits papers, are to make contact with our official travel agent here in UK for the procurement of electronic visa and work permit to enable you not to waste your time at the UK embassy, as soon as the electronic visa work permit is issued to you by the travel agent kindly let us know for your free flight ticket to UK.

Note: All UK based employees' are to report personally to our office in London with their documents (including this contract document) for identification, signing, and collection of hard copy of their contract documents.

This is in line with the expatriate statuary law of the UK in compliance with the U.N. Terrorism Act.

5.0 GRANTS & LOANS

OLD HEM HOUSING LOAN: 1 year service to AMINEX PLC UNITED KINGDOM is required for eligibility. Starter’s amount will be $ 30, 971 can be re-paid within 2 years with $ 0.00 interests.

LIEU CAR LOAN: All Employees are eligible to apply. Starter’s amount will be $ 8, 000 can be re-paid within 3years with $ 0.00 interests.

TRAFFORD BUSINESS LOAN: All Employees are eligible to apply. Starter’s amount will be $ 15, 000 to $ 30, 000 annually, Contact the accounts department for more details.

6.0 FEEDING & ACCOMODATION:

Employee is expected to reside at AMINEX PLC UNITED KINGDOM’S Staff quarters if they so wish. There are double bedroom and flat options for employee to choose from. Family package status is available for employee that wishes to Re-locate with Family.

Employee is entitled to take meals free of charge at the general staff canteens. Dietary options, customized cooks and dieticians are available options.

7.0 MEDICAL EXPENSES:

Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive health care for the term of contract, and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family

8.0 UPFRONT PAYMENT OF SALARY/ ALLOWANCES & BENEFITS:

The three month’s salary (Inclusive of all allowances & benefits) shall be paid in advance before employee re-locates to new job location. All payments of salary after resumption of duty in U.S.A shall be 75% paid into an offshore bank account to be provided by employee while the remaining 25% paid in cash to employee. This is in line with the British Expatriate Financial Statutory Laws.

9.0 OFFICE GADGET TO BE PROVIDED:

Laptop Computer, 1.6 GHz Processor, 512 MB RAM (Pentium M), 24XCD-RW, 60GB Hard Drive, Floppy Drive, Integrated Network Adapter, Internal 56K Modem, Spare Battery and necessary software shall be provided for workers in the administrative, secretarial, architectural, layouts and designing departments. Full time Internet access is available for all workers.

10.0 SAFETY & SECURITY:

Safety and security of personnel (local/foreign) and facilities on job locations and communities are no small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations.

All operations on job location are designed to adhere strictly to the standards of British Health and Safety Department (BHSD) and British Environmental Health Authority (BEHA) as applicable in oil and gas industries.

11.0 ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

Recreational/Sports facilities shall be made available at the disposal of all employees with no expenses to be incurred. Laundry and dry cleaning service will be made available to employee by the managements’ laundry and dry cleaning unit on request

12.0 TRAVEL PLANS/ RE-LOCATION:

Expenses made/incurred by the Employee related to job before commencement of duties shall be substantiated and reimbursed by the employer on the conditions stated below.

1. The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense (s) incurred ONLY as a result of relocation, early termination of leases, storage charges and procurement of travel document, Immunizations etc. Reimbursement shall be made upon arrival in London not later than fourteen (14) working days after submission of employee’s expense report and receipt from country of origination.

2. The employer will issue free UK flight ticket to the employee as soon as the employee sends copy of visa work permit to the employer.

3. Reimbursement shall be made to ONLY those who applied for them.

4. Expenses made by the employer in relation to house hood equipments (e.g. TV, DVD, Desktop computer etc) pets, and other personal assets shall not be reimbursed, as these would be considered employees responsibility.

5. Employee is strongly advised to keep original receipts and evidence of payment (s) of payment made before arrival in London as reimbursement applications made without receipt or evidence of payment shall be denied.

13. THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT

13.1 This agreement supersedes and replaces all previous contracts, written and verbal, between the parties and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

13.2 Neither party may assign their obligations nor rights under this agreement to any other person in any circumstances whatsoever except with the prior written consent of AMINEX PLC UNITED KINGDOM.

13.3

No waiver of any breach of this agreement shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other or subsequent breach. The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this agreement at any time shall not be interpreted as a waiver of the provision.

13.4 This Agreement is constructed in accordance with section 6 of British Employment Act Bill 2000. A single arbitrator agreed upon by the parties shall decide any dispute between the parties arising out of this agreement.

13.5 In submission to this contract appointment letter I hereby confirm and agree that the signature is not an impersonation of me and is all true, legal and I understand that false signature will lead to termination of my appointment.
