Etaintion of salary without reason

Respected sir,

I was working in amrapali group at its Mathura (UTTAR PRADES) site named amrapali kanha as a civil engineer.i resign at date 13.02.2010.my january & february month's salary holded by company without assigning any reason.now I am in libya in D.S.Const. company.i ask to amrapali group to give reason for holding my salary but no reply is coming.

i request you to help me for getting my holded salary.
