Delay in the posting of veterinary office

Sir, We (71 candidates) have been selected for the post of veterinary officer in Animal Husbandary department Uttar Pradesh by the result declared by U.P.P.S.C. on dated June 17 (Advertizement No. 2-09 of UPPSC for 92 post of Veterinary Officer). Till the date we could not joined even our medical and police verification have been completed in september. Sir we are suffering with the system and unable to say anything with the responsible person. They are making delay for making money with candidates for their postigs.

Sir please do something for us.
