I, Subrata Das, son of Sri Brajendra Kr. Das of Krishnanagar, Kadamtala, Agartala, Tripura (West), working for ANTARES SYSTEMS LIMITED, #24, 1ST FLOOR, SUDHA COMPLEX, 3RD STAGE, 4TH BLOCK, BASAVESHWARANAGAR, BANGALORE 560079, INDIA. I joined this company on 2nd November and on the mentioned month i.e. during training period everything was going well. Right after the month of November they stationed me in Kolkata to look after their client COAL INDIA LIMITED and were told to me to represent myself as a representative from M/S ITI LIMITED. Somehow, I noticed something was going fishy into this company but I skipped carelessly in the need of Job in the recession market and I was carrying out the work. Eventually, they told me to shift from my hostel (82D, Beliaghata Main Road, Kolkata 700010) to their booked flat in Salt Lake near Tank no. 8 and I shifted (there was only a TV and two Kurlon Matress and some utensils in the kitchen). I was staying there all alone for one month (December) and I had to leave that place on account of Landlord notice to vacate the flat. The landlord particularly mentioned the reason to vacate on account of he was being cheated by our Vice President (Harshdev B.G.). I conveyed the problems to the office over phone and they suggested me to search and book another flat and to make the agreement paper in the name of me. They have given only Rs 20, 000 (Twenty Thousand) for the security deposit to pay the owner of the new flat (Bajarangbali Apartment, 3rd Floor, 649, N.N. Road, Kolkata 700028) and the monthly rent was also carried by the office too. During my stay, company officials were visiting to stay in the flat from different places and they used to booze with alcohol and party. I was helpless to bar them from such activity and cannot discuss these matters with anyone. On account of this, all the allegation from the residential society was started coming on me. Lastly, they did heights, they told me to visit an insecure place in Assam (Marghareta) and I denied for the first time. Then they gave me a threat of the bond which they signed from me forcefully and made me visit there. While on the tour I faced problem and felt insecure because they sent an employee from their office to stay in the flat in my absence and I returned from there on (21st April). The reason of my insecurity was if this guy does something wrong in the flat then every issue will come on to my neck. After my return, I tried to convey the matter to my office through telephonic call and mail. But neither had they respond my call nor my mail. Next day (22nd April), I put on my resignation through mail and requested them to release me from Antares Systems Limited and they did not respond to me even. The most important and noticeable issue crop up when I found that they used to credit undesired amount along with my salary but when I enquired with them after seeing my bank statement of months. They replied that it is done mistakenly and asking me to pay back the credited undesired amount and which was not possible for me because the amount was spent by me along with my monthly expenditures. I doubt that they did it intentionally to make me stuck with them for long.
Now I am really afraid that they may ruin my career. I am seeking help from you to save me from this fraudulent and exploiting company if they do not grant my resignation and release me from Antares Systems Limited.
I tried to register GD in Kolkata Gorabazar police station, but the duty officer told me to discuss the matter with the head officer. And he was not available at that time. I am trying to find out his availability and I will definitely meet him.
I am into a great mess up. Please guide me
