My name is Mou Mukherjee. This is the first time I am posting my thread in this website, so if I make any mistakes or miss out on any important information please don't mind.
I joined Anuapm Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (also known by DGPL Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) on October 11 but I am yet to get my salary. On the 'Letter Of Intent' they have mentioned as follows:
' Company will open a salary account with Citi / HDFC Bank, and every month your salary and incentive will be credited to that particular bank account. You will have an access to your bank account once you receive all the bank documents from the bank.'
This was mentioned on a subcategory of 'Human Resources'
But I am yet to receive my first salary!!! I left the company and do not want to waste even a single day without money!!!
Not only this the HR appointed me as a Supervisor but in my offer letter she has mentioned 'Customer care Executive', they made me work for 16 hours!! Moreover, my Manager, Piyush Parmanandka abused me. He insulted me using some specific words such as 'Are you nuts? ' 'What nonsense' and many more. The manager is damn rude and very unprofessional. Already I worked for more than 12 hours in those two months but when I was coming back home he would till call me over the phone to talk about work!!! Am I supposed to work 24/7??? Did he determine to turn my home into office? Why wouldn't he be able to behave professionally!!!
Not only this, I have hardly found anyone to be professional in that company. HATE THEM!!!
Please suggest what I should do to complain against this company?
