Dear Sir,

I am Arunmugam and my emp code. ARM, as I worked in your concern for LOGISTICS department. I relieved my job properly from your concern. I already gave my Filled up EPF FORM to the HRA Department. Few months back I ask with HR Pradeep about my PF, he told me The company gave the PF form to the EPF office. Then I am go the PF office and ask with them about my PF status, they replied me We are not received any PF form your company. Also still I am not got any response from the concern and PF office. So when will you going to given my PF form to the EPF office? If you are not given the proper response to me, after wards I am going to take legal action against the company. So I am very upset from this irregular responses. Please response to me as soon as possible.
