Sir,
I am a lpg gas consumer (consumer no. 8948) lodging a complaint against the dealer (Arpit Indane Gas Service, 16/160, behind the Bhadada bag, Bhilwara Rajasthan). The agency book the cyllinder after 21 days of the last delivery date and it has always started delivering the cyllinder 15 and more days after the booking date. In this way we can get 1 cyllinder in 35-40 days. I want to know under what rule such kind of things are done? If this is the rule, then we have no option other than to buy the cyllinder in black rate and if not, please guide the agency to stop the self processed law. Further It is quite disheartening to state that they people do not pick the phone or it is always busy. I complain to gas agency, their behaviour of replying is not good.
Kindly help me what I do.
