I am a consumer of M/S. Sausar indane with customer ID no. 00002252 from last 14 years, it is a franchisee of indane gas pvt lmt.
My complaint is relatate to service of that franchisee. They are charge extra money to refill delivery, but not deliver the refill at home. I live in berdi village. It far away only 3.5 km. From the office of agency. I request them to deliver a cylinder to my home or reduce the extra delivery charge. But they neither deliver nor reduce a extra home delivery charge from the receipt. That time they charge total rs. 397.45/- (Including rs. 8/- Home delivery charge. Kindly help me, regarding this complaint.
