I have purchased CHEVROLET SPARK LS LPG CAR from Ashtavinayak Automart Pvt Ltd, Mumbai in the month of may. But till date the dealer has not given me my original RC book. He is demanding more money. I have approached navi mumbai RTO for the duplicate copy. Likewise RTO has given me the duplicate RC Book. But the details mentioned in the RC BOOK are incorrect. The Details of the HP/ LEASE Bank is mentioned as RELIANCE but i have availed car loan from HDFC.
Also the car insurance certificate given by the dealer shows the Bank details as Reliance.
I have requested Reliance to give me a NOC regarding no loan taken from them. As per my request Reliance have given me the NOC copy.
The Dealer has provided wrong information to the RTO and ICICI insurance company.
There is severe discrepancy in the services of the dealer and he should be charged for the same.
please guide me for the further action to be taken against him.
