Most unprofessional dealer and a Cheate

Dear Sir,

After much deliberation and research freezed on Chevrolet Beat LT as my second vehicle. Even though few friends dissuaded me from purchasing any of the Chevrolet cars as they have high maintenance and awful service according to them. Went ahead and bought Chevy Beat LT from Ashtavinayak Auto, Goregoan West, Mumbai in May. Paid full cash and also bought CPCO service by paying Rs 13500 cash. Promised by the sales guys named Shyam and his senior Jeetu that the car will be delivered in a weeks time, it too more than 15 days for delivery.

The CPCO service booklet was promised in a month’s time. Gave them 2 months and then started following up with Shyam and his boss Jeetu from July onwards for the CPCO. Each time I call they promise it will reach me in a week’s time. Then in October I was given another girls name called Poonam who was handling the CPCO from their side. The same was promised by Poonam as well in a week’s time. Every 15 days I call Shyam, Jeetu and Poonam but the same promise of a week’s time but I get nothing from their side. Now from May till now which is 9th Feb not got the CPCO service booklet after paying them cash. Now these so called sales guys stopped taking my calls.

After giving up on these junior jokers though of following up with somebody senior in Ashtavinayak Auto. So I called Siddesh Marate, supposed to be heading the sales dept. After several calls, he picked up my phone and I explained him my problem. He said CPCO doesn’t take more than a months time it should have reached you by now and promised me to look into this issue. Now its more than a week passed and been calling up Siddesh but he doesn’t pick up his phone.

I have never seen such useless and unprofessional bunch of jokers working in a dealer. I have interacted with many dealers but this kind of service is the poorest and most unprofessional service I have got from any organisation in my tenure.

I can now foresee the future of GM and Chevrolet after meeting these kind of unprofessional people working for a Chevrolet dealer. Also, now I repent not listening to my fellow friends who fore warned me about GM and Chevrolet.

This awful experience I aim to tell everyone and warn them so at least other people doesn’t face this problem after paying huge amounts for purchasing cars.
