I have booked RITZ diesel on dated 14 dec by commitment of delivery date of vehicle on 5th jan. they even not call me on that day, and i try to call them the sales executive mr.prafull and mr.abhishek denied to deliver the vehicle by giving reason of RTO. after my continuous follow up they get ready to deliver vehicle on the same date at 6.30pm. i insist them that at the evening time i am unable to come due to my business meeting and insist them to deliver vehicle to my father with my authority letter. but denied the same. my complaint is that there are continuous phone calls and ridiculous hammering from the dealer from the date of booking of vehicle about to come choose accessories.
no one call on date of delivery of vehicle and not even communicate against delayed of delivery of vehicle due to some reason.
even after such incident they are still arrogantly insisting me to come and take delivery of vehicle.
i am a privilege customer of Automotive mfgs pvt ltd, as i have already purchased sx4, alto .alto flash, swift vdi from the same dealer.
kindly solve my above problem as early as possible.
