Auto Rickshaw Complaint for Overcharging Fares and using Bad words

This mail is in regards with Complaining against Auto Rickshaw for Overcharging and using Bad words while Questioning for the Same.

I have been working in Pune, Magarpatta City for a Year now. I travel almost every weekend to Mumbai and back to Pune.

Usually take Auto from Swargate to Magarpatta city.

I believe Swargate to Magarpatta City is around 10.5 Kms.

Since the Day I have come to Pune, I have been facing lots of Problem when it comes to hire an Auto Rickshaw.

Minimum Charges paid so far from Swargate to Magarpatta City is 68 Rs. But today, It crossed all heights which charged me 125 Rs. (Meter Reading 115).

I have captured a small video of meter reading which was changing every 4-5 Seconds. Upon questioning to Auto Driver, I was been answered with all the bad words.

I hereby would like to request to take an action on this ASAP. This is not the first time I have came across this Incidents but this time, Trusting to Government officials I have moved towards lodging a complaint with a hope that preventive actions will be taken.
