I need to complain against Rickshaw driver (MH-02 27006). I boarded the rick from Borivali (West) Sai baba Nagar to Thakur college. The meter shown was 3.30 and the amount charged was Rs.41/-. The charge from Sai Baba Nagar to Thakur College is minimum Rs.33/- or Rs.35/-. The driver was not willing to charge the usual fare. Many rickshaw drivers charge according to their wishes. Some even charge Rs.45 to 49/-. They do some tactics with their meter, so that the meter runs very fast. Please look into it. They dupe the customers.
