Sir,

I am living wadakanchery, thrissur dt., Ottupara, here the auto rickshaw drivers charging very badly from the passengers.and RTO not enforce to provide meters, charging their own decision.same distance charging different charges..most of the passangers are middle class and BPL people.pls do the necessary actions to fix the taxi fare meters, one of the auto-rikshaw's no. KL48b1984
