Sir/Madam, i want to say that an auto rikshaw driver with number UP85 9839, timing: between 2:45 pm to 3:30 pm from akbarpur to mandi chauraha. the incident happened near maheshwari hospital, was driving his auto while he was drunk and overloaded his auto. once the was about to bent backward. When we asked him to stop the auto, he replied that you might be having your LIC and misbehaving. its my humble request to you to please take action against this person.
