No delivery of gas cylinder even after 12 days of booking

Sir, i registered my Indane gas cylinder on line through tomogas .com on 17.01.2010 but till date cylinder was not deliverd, secondly, telephone calls is also not attended. Please do the needful to avoid carelessness in future.
