Care less of the Service

Hi,

I am trying to call to get the enquiry of the Gas booked since 2 days; but phone no which is been provided is all getting engaged. Even I call on the customer service cell no. then they provided the helpline no. but that also not reachable.

Then I visited the Address, to see that is that phone was dead or busy, but found to see that they have picked the phone and kept a side. Not only one on the phone but both the pone. When I asked then they told that they forget to keep the receiver.

This is not the first time. This happens all was.

So I want to bring to your attentions that please get it enquires for not happen any time.By which many of the customer are in problem.
